Engine Rebuild

Removal cleaning and inspection
We completely remove all engine components from the hood of the vehicle after disassembling and properly clean all the parts. Cleaning sometimes requires a lot of precision and has different ways, depending on the parts. With steam cleaning, we clean the cylinder head and oil pans. Once cleaning is done, the parts are inspected and measured so it can be reassembled in the same order as per factory specifications.
Machining
Parts get reassembled and we put them back to their smooth surface allowing parts to perform their actions smoothly. The engine blocks should be constant, the crankshaft and ground bearing surface are all micro polished. All the rods are straightened together so it can be paired. Cylinder heads are stood out so we can cut the seals off the valve and give it a good finish. We make sure all the parts get sealed properly.
Engine Reassembled
This is the process in which all the new free plugs and oil gallery plugs are installed. Rod bearing and timing belt and gear is installed & finally we test all the joints or if there is any loose connection left, so we can give it a final touch.
